2008 Chevy Corvette Z06 review
The 2008 Chevy Corvette Z06 is a unique car with composite body panels and front fenders of carbon fiber. The car has a rear engine access hood with solar ray light tinted glass all around. Dual halogen fog lights and daytime running lights with automatic exterior light control for the headlights makes this quite a sporty little car. The driver and passenger outside mirrors are remote, auto dimming and heated. The Corvette Z06 has a hidden and integral antenna and exceptional audio reception.
The exterior of the 2008 Chevy Corvette Z06 has a wheelbase of 105.7 inches with an overall length of 175.6 inches. The width of the body is 75.9 inches with a height of 49.1 inches. The front and back track widths are 63.5 inches and 62.5 inches respectfully. The interior is going to give you 37.9 inches of headroom with 55.2 inches of shoulder room. The car uses a dry sump oil distribution and used 93 octane fuel to keep the engine running smoothly.
The Z06 comes with a 7.0 LS7 V8 engine and a Z06 exhaust system. The steering is speed sensitive and power rack and pinion. The transverse composite springs with four-wheel independent suspension makes the car ride smooth. The short throw six speed manual transmission is just another plus to an already sporty car.
